is there a cool down time: ward vs foes
ive been farming with ward vs foes, and after i cast it, my next skill wont cast until 2 seconds later.
its not lag, cause the skill i cast after the 2 second delay casts immediately. ty for help |

Certain ele skills with a point-blank range have 1.75 second aftercast delay, as opposed to .75 on most spells.
Ward vs Foes happens to have the long delay. |
